Home / Electric Fires
Over the last few years, electric fires have been completely reinvented. The range now available is exceptional, with advanced technology and features that make them a highly popular choice.
Modern electric fires are a world away from older models. The flame-effect setting is extremely economical to run, allowing you to enjoy a warm and cosy atmosphere without using the heat function. Fuel-bed designs have also evolved, with many models featuring highly realistic log effects and some even incorporating real wood.
With options including remote controls, programmable thermostats and adjustable flame colours, electric fires have been truly transformed.
We offer a wide range of built-in electric fires, suitable for installation within existing chimneys or purpose-built false chimney breasts to create an attractive focal point in your room.
They provide a convenient source of occasional heat, while the flame-effect setting can be enjoyed independently at a very low running cost. Many models also include adjustable timers, temperature settings, flame effects and colour options, with some offering both warm and cool air for year-round use.
The choice of standard-size electric fires has grown significantly over the years, with a wider range of styles and increasingly realistic flame effects now available.
These fires are designed to fit both new and existing fireplaces, making them an ideal option for anyone replacing an old gas fire with an electric model. Our extensive range includes everything from traditional designs to modern and contemporary styles, with a variety of frame finishes and colours to choose from.
Fuel-bed options include coal, pebbles, gems and logs, while some models include multiple interchangeable options. Manual, remote and app controls are also available across the range.
Are you short on floor space, drawn to a minimalist look or living in a newer home without a chimney? A wall-hung electric fire could be the ideal solution.
These fires are built into wall-mounted fireplaces, neatly concealing the working components while creating a clean, contemporary finish. With a choice of materials, colours and three-sided glass designs, the fire can be enjoyed from different angles around the room.
Realistic wood-log fuel beds and colour-changing flame effects add to the impact, while the wall-mounted design means no floor space is required. A range of widths and depths is available, and bespoke options can be created to suit your preferred colours and finishes.
They are also a popular choice for installations with a television positioned above the fire. Some models include additional features such as built-in downlights, with most offering remote or app control for convenient operation.
Floor-standing electric fire suites are available in a range of marble and wood finishes. Designed to sit flat against the wall without the need for a chimney breast or recess, their slimline design makes them ideal for smaller spaces and narrower rooms.
With a choice of colours, materials and electric fires, you can mix and match different elements to create a fireplace that suits your home. Options include marble, MDF and veneer finishes, along with additional features such as downlights and integrated light strips.
With such a wide range of styles available, there is something to complement every home.
It’s unlikely the heat from an electric fire will cause damage to a tv sited above electric fires give out around 2kw of heat when on high and are also fan assisted to push the heat into the room however always make sure that you site the tv far enough above an electric fire just to be on the safe side.
Just under the top of the fire is where the control buttons are you can work your fire manually from these buttons some are very flat and feel like a bubble others are proper switches refer to your user manual on which button does what action on the fire.
