Our fires are available as fire only or in a wall hung surround, these fires give a minimalist look to any room with no floor space required. They can be as small or large as you like. They are available in different widths, with several design, colour and finish options. Some have added features, such as down lights. Most of these fires are remote controlled, or app controlled allowing you to have full control over the fire.

My fire is not putting out heat when I switch it on but the lights come on?
Check your remote control if you have one if the temperature on the remote is set lower than the actual temperature of the room then the fire will not produce heat
If I put a TV above an electric fire will it damage it?

It’s unlikely the heat from an electric fire will cause damage to a tv sited above electric fires give out around 2kw of heat when on high and are also fan assisted to push the heat into the room however always make sure that you site the tv far enough above an electric fire just to be on the safe side.

I can’t find my remote control and I can’t turn my fire on or off?

Just under the top of the fire is where the control buttons are you can work your fire manually from these buttons some are very flat and feel like a bubble others are proper switches refer to your user manual on which button does what action on the fire.
